MERINOH! SPORT: Approximately 100g/328 yards superwash merino wool. This is a 3-ply sport weight yarn, a great mid-point between fingering and DK.
These were kettle-dyed a tonal gold then washed with rust, orange, tawny brown and dark brown, all with a little bit of hazy speckling of orange and brown. Some are a bit mottled and colours range from brown to cinnamon to orange.
This is a soft and plump yarn with a great twist and nice stitch definition. It would be excellent for just about any knit or crocheted item to be worn next to your skin.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
