MERINOH! DK: Approximately 100g/243 yards of superwash Merino wool. This is a 3-ply DK weight yarn. Note that it is a slightly different base than my previous one, which will be phased out.
These were kettle-dyed a tonal golden yellow with light blonde to pale tawny brown areas with some yellow spots. There is a very small amount of fuzzy brown speckling on each hank. They are tonal and slightly variegated and should be alternated if more than one is used. The photos include different bases to show variations in the colourway.
This is a great all-round DK weight merino - soft, lofty and a bit smooshy with a nice twist, it is absolutely lovely and would be perfect for winter accessories, sweater, or a large shawl or cape.
While this is superwash treated, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
