PACABEL: Approximately 100g/437yds 60/20/20 superwash Merino/alpaca/nylon.
These were kettle-dyed with navy/gunmetal/grey, spruce green and lime and then speckled with medium coppery brown and a little grey as well as a few drops of green. Though they share the same colours each hank is unique. Two socks knit with the same hank may not be identical, but very similar. Please alternate if using more than one in a project. Different bases may be pictured to show variations.
This is a lovely, soft (but tough) 4-ply yarn - quite plump and round with a bit of the usual alpaca halo and hairs. It's great for just about any fingering weight project and will result in lofty, warm winter accessories and garments. If you knit socks, tightening the gauge slightly will ensure iron-like wear.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
