MERINOH! DK: Approximately 100g/231 yards superwash Merino wool. This is a 4-ply DK weight yarn.
These were dyed using speckling only, a combination of mustard yellow, tawny brown, dark brown, copper brown and red. They are quite mottled and variegated with a lot of white as well as secondary shading. Though they share the same colours they are each unique - please alternate hanks if using more than one. Note that the picture is of a different batch but accurately depicts the colourway.
This is a great all-round DK weight merino - soft, lofty and smooshy with a nice twist, it is absolutely lovely and would be perfect for winter accessories, a large shawl or cape and of course a sweater.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
