MERINOH! 4-Ply: Approximately 100g/438 yards superwash merino wool.
This is fingering weight yarn; a fine, strong four-ply base. These were kettle-dyed a tonal blue-grey with touches of turquoise then speckled with brown, copper-brown, grey and a bit of purple. This is a variegated colourway and though the hanks all share the same colours, each is unique. Please alternate hanks if knitting a larger garment.
This is a lovely, soft, sturdy, tightly twisted yarn, slightly shiny and with good stitch definition. If you like the Merylon 75/25 fingering but want a pure Merino option, this is the one.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
