MERINOH! SPORT: Approximately 100g/328 yards of superwash Merino wool. This is a 3-ply sport weight yarn, a great mid-point between fingering and DK.
These were kettle-dyed a tonal blush/ecru base then glazed with a wash of light brown then light grey. Finally, they were speckled with golden brown and purple. The purple dye broke a bit so there are violet and hot pink specks here and there. Note that these hanks are variegated and each is different though they share the same colours - please alternate hanks if using more than one.
This is an incredibly, SOFT and SMOOSHY yarn with a good twist and nice stitch definition. It would be excellent for just about any knit or crocheted item to be worn next to your skin.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture and maximum gorgeousness.
