MERINOH! SPORT: Approximately 100g/328 yards of superwash Merino wool. This is a 4-ply sport weight yarn, a great mid-point between fingering and DK.
These were kettle dyed pale warm beige/ecru with a slight rose hue (Nanny’s Linen base) then speckled with copper-brown, pink and golden orange. Though they all share the same colours each hank is unique and can be more or less pink due to the randomness of speckling and bleeding. Different bases and batches are pictured.
This is an incredibly, SOFT and SMOOSHY yarn with a silky hand. It would be excellent for just about any knit or crocheted item to be worn next to your skin.
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture. Wool garments don’t require frequent washing.
