MERYLON 80/20 BULKY: Approximately 115g/140yd/128m 80/20 superwash merino wool/nylon. This is bulky weight yarn; a soft, strong two-ply base.
These were kettle-dyed with navy blue, grey, spruce and black then lightly sprinkled through the water with green and blue for a light tonal speckling effect. Note that the hanks pictured may be on a different base or multiple batches used to illustrate the colourway.
This is a lovely, soft, sturdy, bulky weight yarn, with a bit of nylon for extra strength. It is lofty with generous yardage, great for hats, mitts, slippers, sweaters - pretty much anything you may have in mind!
While this is superwash, I recommend hand washing and drying flat to maintain optimum colour and texture.
